Twisted Muse

Twisted Muse draws inspiration from a photograph by André Kertész, who used parabolic mirrors to distort the women he photographed. This editorial explores how distortion is used to control and censor the female form. The first few images reflect this, but as the editorial progresses and the silhouettes become more exaggerated, the final images reveal how distortion can be used to empower.
