This shoot was inspired by the extravagance and whimsy of performers and performance. Influenced by the maximalism of the new romantics and the iconic works of John Galliano, I wanted to celebrate theatricality through playful silhouettes and rich textures. Luxurious feathers, shimmering metallic mesh, delicate lace, and unexpected elements like vintage clocks and gothic crosses harken back to the debauchery and excess that defined the era of the new romantics. The styling invites you to embrace the joy and messiness felt when using fashion as a vehicle for self-expression.
